Simply follow along, syncing your breath with the animated mouth. Let yourself relax.

Although the animation shows a mouth, feel free to breath naturally. Some meditation experts suggest breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, but do whatever feels most comfortable.

Also, you can adjust the speed settings if you wish by using the settings icon (a gear symbol) on the lower right part of the viewer window.
