Today I talk to you about panic attacks. What are they and what do they feel like? Well panic attacks can feel like different things to different people but some of the most common sensations are:
-Heart palpitations
-Feeling like you are being smothered/Not able to catch your breath
-Sweaty palms
-Feel cold or hot all of a sudden
-Stomach aches or other gastrointestinal issuesPanic attacks happen to roughly 11-12% of people in the United States alone, so we know that they are happening to a lot of people. If you feel that you have been struggling with panic attacks please talk to your doctor! The sooner we being getting help for these, the less likely it is that you will have more. So talk to your doctor or therapist as soon as possible! You don’t have to suffer alone!

Every Tuesday & Friday I post a journal prompt to help keep you motivated and working on yourself!
