Slowing down your breath is the easiest and fastest way to reduce your anxiety right now. Take notice of your breath and consciously try to slow it down. Preferably 4 counts in …6 counts out. The specifics don’t matter at this point, just slow down the breath.

Try it at least one time today. Become aware of your breath, consciously slow it down and notice the difference. Breathwork is such a helpful tool for reducing anxiety and stress naturally.
